This is the story of Tupac Shakur, the rapper, poet, actor, and revolutionary who has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide, making him one of the best selling artists of all time. As the son of two Black Panther activists, he was born into a world of injustice. Tupac's fight gave him his voice. The more people who tried to silence him, the stronger his voice became. Tupac's fame and fortune grew and his explosive song lyrics and aggressive "gangster rap-personality" made him a target for police and politicians - and for the East Coast gang, who were involved in a bloody conflict with the West Coast stairs gang against the power over the hip hop scene. Tupac eventually fell victim to the violence he reported on.
