A drama based on Anna Segher's novel Transit Visa from the 1940s. It takes place in a modern France, but the story shows a young German Jew's escape from the Nazis during World War II. The young man is named Georg, but he comes across a dead author's identity card and uses that to continue his escape. When he arrives in Marseille, he meets a young woman who is looking for her husband. It soon turns out that the man she is looking for is the man whose identity Georg has taken over.
The film is not playable outside of Finland
